How do I upgrade my plan?

You can upgrade anytime right from your U-Marketeer dashboard.

1. Log in to your account.

2. Go to Settings → Billing & Subscription.

3. Click Change Plan, select your new plan, and confirm.

Your upgraded features will be available immediately, and billing will be prorated for the current cycle.

Can I integrate with Google Calendar?

Absolutely! U-Marketeer integrates seamlessly with Google Calendar.

1. Log in and navigate to Settings → Integrations.

2. Click Google Calendar and sign in to your Google account.

3. Select the calendar(s) you want to sync.

Appointments booked through U-Marketeer will instantly appear in your Google Calendar, and changes will update in real time.

Where can I see my invoices?

All of your invoices are stored in your account for easy access.

1. Go to Settings → Billing & Subscription.

2. Scroll to the Invoices section.

3. Click any invoice to view or download it as a PDF.

Trouble Shooting

I can’t log in

If you’re having trouble logging in:

1. Double-check your email and password for typos.

2. Click Forgot Password on the login screen to reset it.

3. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

4. Try logging in from another browser or device.

If you still can’t get in, contact our support team through the Contact Support button, we’ll help you regain access quickly.

My emails aren’t sending

If your email campaigns or automations aren’t sending:

1. Confirm your email settings in Settings → Email are connected to your domain or SMTP provider.

2. Make sure your email address is verified in U-Marketeer.

3. Check that your email sending limit hasn’t been reached for the day.

4. Review your automation rules to confirm they’re set up correctly.

If the issue persists, reach out to our support team so we can review your sending logs.

Appointments aren’t syncing

If your calendar events aren’t syncing properly:

1. Go to Settings → Integrations and check if your calendar connection (Google/Outlook) is active.

2. If not, re-connect your calendar and grant all required permissions.

3. Ensure the correct calendar is selected for booking in your calendar settings.

4. Check your time zone settings in Settings → Preferences.

If syncing still isn’t working, contact support so we can troubleshoot your integration in real time.
